ADT is seeking motivated sales advisors to demo our security and smart home solutions, visiting customers at their homes to demonstrate value and build trust from the first contact. You will tailor each installation to the client’s space and lifestyle, blending security, automation, and life-safety tech.

In this field role, you’ll follow up after installation and cultivate new leads to grow your territory. The compensation is uncapped, with six-figure potential, plus training and a robust

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willing to travel within a designated territory using your own vehicle (mileage reimbursed).
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required; additional licensing may be needed based on location.
• Comfortable using technology to stay organized, efficient, and accountable in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Self-motivated and results-driven, with an entrepreneurial mindset; you thrive on uncovering new leads and closing deals that deliver real value.
• Strong communicator and natural relationship builder, able to consult with customers, understand your needs, and guide them to the right solution.
• Adaptable and flexible; you excel in dynamic environments and enjoy learning new systems and approaches.
• Consumer sales experience is preferred but not required.
