Job summary

ADT Security Services is seeking energetic sales professionals to visit customers in their homes, demonstrate the value of ADT’s security and smart home solutions, and close deals. Expect uncapped commissions with strong earning potential based on performance and territory.

You’ll travel within your designated area using your own vehicle, with initial training and ongoing support to help you achieve sales goals and build lasting customer relationships.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willing to travel within a designated territory using your own vehicle.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record; licensing may be required by location.
• Comfortable using technology to stay organized in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Self-motivated, results-driven with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Strong communicator and natural relationship builder, able to consult with customers and guide to the right solution.

Responsibilities

• Listen and build trust by showing integrity, empathy, and expertise.
• Customize each system to fit client space, lifestyle, and concerns across security, automation, and life-safety tech.
• Conduct post-installation follow-ups to confirm commitments and generate referrals.
• Cultivate new business opportunities by identifying and generating sales leads.
