Job summary

ADT Security Services is hiring a field sales advisor to demonstrate the value of smart home security to customers during home visits across the country. You will tailor each system to the client’s space and needs, building trust as you guide them from first contact through installation.

This is a commission-based role with unlimited earning potential. New advisors can earn up to $95,000 and experienced ones over $150,000, with up to $4,000 during the first eight weeks of training.

Responsibilities

• Listen and build trust with customers, becoming a reliable advisor during the sale and after installation.
• Customize each system to fit the client’s space and needs, blending security, automation, and life safety tech.
• Conduct post-installation follow-ups to confirm commitments and generate referrals.
• Cultivate new business opportunities by identifying and generating sales leads.
