Job summary

ADT is seeking self-motivated sales advisors to demonstrate the value of our security and smart home solutions to customers in their homes. You will travel within a designated territory, customize systems to fit client needs, and build long-term relationships while driving new business opportunities.

Earn potential is uncapped with commissions; first weeks include training pay, and total earnings can exceed $150,000 for experienced advisors.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated, tech-savvy individuals who are passionate about helping others and driven to succeed.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willing to travel within a designated territory using your own vehicle (mileage reimbursed).
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Listen and build trust: become a reliable advisor customers can count on, during sale and after installation.
• Customize each system to fit space, lifestyle, and concerns, combining security, automation, and life safety tech.
• Conduct post-installation follow-ups to confirm commitments and generate referrals.
• Cultivate new business opportunities: identify and generate new sales leads to maximize outreach.
