Job summary

ADT is seeking driven sales advisors to demonstrate the value of our security and smart home solutions to customers in homes across the designated territory. You will visit customers, listen to their needs, and tailor security and automation systems that fit their space and lifestyle.

Unlimited earning potential with uncapped commissions: typical earners start around $95,000 and experienced advisors exceed $150,000, with first 8 weeks of training paying up to $4,000.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willing to travel within a designated territory using your own vehicle (mileage reimbursed).
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Comfortable using technology to stay organized, efficient, and accountable in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Self-motivated and results-driven, with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Strong communicator and natural relationship builder, able to consult with customers, understand their needs, and guide them to the right solution.
• Adaptable and flexible; you excel in dynamic environments and enjoy learning new systems and approaches.
• Consumer sales experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Listen and build trust: You will become a reliable advisor customers can count on, during the sale and after installation.
• Customize each system to fit client’s space, lifestyle, and concerns, combining security, automation, and life safety tech.
• Conduct post-installation follow-ups to confirm commitments and generate referrals.
• Cultivate new business opportunities: identify and generate new sales leads to maximize outreach.
