Job summary

Groundworks, North America’s leader in foundation solutions, is seeking Outside Sales Representatives (CFIs) to diagnose issues in homeowners’ homes and propose solutions. You will travel within your territory, leverage pre-qualified leads, and close sales on-site with customers.

The role offers uncapped commissions and a best-in-class training program with paid training weeks. Reporting into a branch, you’ll work remote and onsite as needed within the territory, travel for a mandatory regional

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of sales experience preferred but not required.
• Experience in commission-driven sales, business-to-consumer and/or in-home sales is a plus
• Experience in Construction or Home Improvement is a plus

Responsibilities

• Travel within sales territory to conduct in-home inspections
• Utilize warm pre-qualified leads to develop and maintain a book of business
• Diagnose and educate homeowners on issues and provide solution options
• Estimate repairs and provide homeowners with generated proposals
• Close sales with customers in the home
• Maintain relationships with customers while tracking sales lead pipeline
• Report to work on time each working day
