Job summary

Groundworks in the United States is seeking an Outside Sales Representative (CFI) to conduct in-home inspections, diagnose foundation and water issues, and present proven repair options to homeowners. You will travel within your territory, follow up on warm leads, and help homeowners choose informed solutions.

You’ll work with our nationally recognized brand and receive industry-leading training. This is a full-time, commission-driven role with uncapped earnings potential.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of sales experience preferred but not required.
• Experience in commission-driven sales and in-home sales is a plus.
• Construction or home improvement background is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Travel within sales territory to conduct in-home inspections.
• Utilize warm pre-qualified leads to develop a book of business.
• Diagnose issues for homeowners and present solution options.
• Estimate repairs and provide homeowners with proposals.
• Close sales with customers in the home.
• Maintain relationships and track sales pipeline.
