Groundworks, LLC, North America's leader in foundation solutions, is seeking an Outside Sales Representative (CFI) to inspect homes, present solutions, and close deals in the field. You’ll leverage warm leads, travel within your territory, and earn uncapped commissions while shaping client outcomes and career growth.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of sales experience preferred.
• Experience in commission-driven sales is a plus.
• Entrepreneurial attitude focused on driving performance and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Travel within sales territory to conduct in-home inspections.
• Develop and maintain a book of business from warm pre-qualified leads.
• Diagnose homeowner issues and present solution options.
• Estimate repairs and prepare homeowner proposals.
• Close sales in the home and maintain post-sale relationships.
• Report to work consistently and on time.
