Job summary

West Shore Home is seeking an In-Home Sales Representative in the Kansas City area. You will meet with customers in their homes, present our bathroom, flooring, window and door remodel options, and guide them through a sales process designed to close deals.

This role offers a competitive base salary, uncapped commissions, and a bonus program. Expect a rotating schedule with weekend work and strong earning potential, including first-year earnings up to $200K+. Comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum Requirements: ability to quickly connect with customers, competitive nature, valid driver's license with clean driving record, prior sales or customer-facing experience, must have a smartphone or device for two-factor login.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home consultations with customers to present products and pricing.
• Explain product value and installation quality to drive close.
• Work with customers to fit options within budget and close sales.
• Complete post-sale activities and follow-up as required.
• Sales appointments run about 2 hours.
