Job summary

West Shore Home is seeking an In-Home Sales Representative in Kansas City, MO. You will meet with customers in their homes, present our remodeling solutions, and tailor options to fit their budget. No cold calling—leads are warm and pre-set, with a rotating schedule and two-hour sales appointments.

Qualifications

• The ability to quickly connect with anyone in an environment.
• Competitive nature with a drive to succeed.
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
• Previous sales experience or success in retail, hospitality, or customer-facing roles.

Responsibilities

• Follow a monthly rotating schedule: Weeks 1-2 Mon-Fri, 9:00 AM-7:00 PM; Weeks 3-4 Tue-Fri 9:00 AM-7:00 PM and Sat 9:00 AM-2:00 PM.
• Sell West Shore Home products to customers in their homes.
• Present product value and installation quality, tailoring options to budget.
• Close sales and complete required post-sale activities.
• Conduct sales appointments typically lasting around 2 hours.
