Job summary

West Shore Home is seeking an In-Home Sales Representative to be the primary contact with customers, delivering the West Shore sales method to secure agreements for bathrooms, flooring, windows, and doors.

The role involves meeting warm leads at customers'' homes, presenting product value and installation quality, and guiding options that fit budgets. First-year earnings can reach up to $200K+ with base pay, uncapped commissions, and bonus programs.

Qualifications

• The ability to quickly connect with anyone in an environment.
• Competitive nature with a drive to succeed.
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
• Previous sales experience or experience in retail, hospitality or other customer-facing roles.
• Must have a valid smart phone or smart device to log into company systems using two-factor authentication.

Responsibilities

• Follow a rotating monthly schedule: Weeks 1–2 Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM–7:00 PM; Weeks 3–4 Tue–Fri 9:00 AM–7:00 PM and Sat 9:00 AM–2:00 PM.
• No cold-calling or lead generation— all leads are warm and pre-set.
• Sit down with potential customers at their homes to provide an in-depth consultation on our products.
• Communicate the value of our products and installation quality.
• Work with the customer to find options that fit their budget.
• Close sales with customers and complete post-sale activity.
• Sales appointments run for approximately 2 hours.
