West Shore Home is seeking an energetic In-Home Sales Representative to engage customers at their homes in the Kansas City, MO area. The role follows a rotating schedule with extended evening hours, and all leads are warm pre-set prospects.

You will present remodeling solutions for bathrooms, flooring, windows, and doors, drive value, quote options, and close sales. Compensation includes a base salary with uncapped commissions and a year-one earning potential up to $200K, plus a bonus program.

Qualifications

• Ability to connect with customers quickly in home environments.
• Proven track record in sales or customer-facing roles.
• Comfort with using mobile apps and company systems.

Responsabilités

• Visit customers in their homes to present products and services.
• Explain product value and installation quality to drive decisions.
• Tailor options to fit customer budgets and preferences.
• Close sales and complete post-sale activities.
• Sales appointments typically last around 2 hours.
