Job summary

West Shore Home in Lexington, KY is seeking a driven Sales Consultant to deliver our in-home sales approach and close deals for bathrooms, flooring, windows, and doors. The role features a base salary plus uncapped commissions and a year-one earnings potential up to $200K+.

You will work with warm, pre-set leads on a rotating schedule, attend weekly trainings, and guide customers through a personalized one-call close process.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirements include previous sales experience or customer-facing roles.
• Ability to quickly connect with customers in-person and over the phone.
• Smartphone or smart device with two-factor authentication to log into required systems.

Responsibilities

• Follow a monthly rotating schedule (Mon–Fri 9:00–19:00; Weeks 3–4 Tue–Fri 9:00–19:00 and Sat 9:00–14:00).
• Lead personal in-home sales appointments and guide customers through a one-call close process.
• Attend weekly team meetings and training sessions to stay aligned with sales methodology.
• No cold-calling; all leads are warm and pre-set.
