Job summary

West Shore Home is seeking enthusiastic In-Home Sales Representatives for a demanding sales role that drives customer adoption of remodeled bathrooms, flooring, windows, and doors. You will meet with homeowners in their residences, present our West Shore Home sales method, and strive to secure agreements that meet customer needs.

Competitive base salary with uncapped commissions, an annual net sales bonus program, and a $2,500 signing bonus offer strong earning potential.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience is preferred but not required.
• Must be comfortable with in-home consultations and traveling to customer locations.
• Ability to communicate value and close sales in a home setting.
• Must have a smartphone to log into company systems using two-factor authentication.

Responsibilities

• Follow a monthly rotating schedule (Mon–Fri 9:00 AM–7:00 PM; Weeks 1–2).
• No cold-calling; all leads are warm and pre-set.
• Sit with customers at their homes to provide an in-depth product consultation.
• Communicate product value and installation quality.
• Work with customers to find options that fit their budget.
• Close sales and complete post-sale activities.
• Sales appointments run for approximately 2 hours.
