West Shore Home is seeking an in-home Sales Representative in Philadelphia, PA. The role involves meeting homeowners on-site with warm leads to present and tailor our bathroom, flooring, window, and door remodel solutions.

It emphasizes relationship-building, solution-focused selling, and closing sales with post-sale follow-through. Compensation includes a competitive base, uncapped commissions, and annual bonus opportunities, with first-year income potential up to $200K+.

Qualifications

• Minimum sales experience preferred, but recent grads and those from retail, hospitality, or customer-facing roles may succeed.
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
• Must have a valid smart phone or smart device to log into required systems using two-factor authentication.
• Bilingual Spanish/English candidates with proficiency in English reading and writing are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Follow a monthly rotating schedule: Weeks 1–2 Mon–Fri 9:00 AM–7:00 PM; Weeks 3–4 Tue–Fri 9:00 AM–7:00 PM & Sat 9:00 AM–2:00 PM.
• Sit down with potential customers at their homes to provide an in-depth consultant on our products.
• Communicate the value of our products and our installation quality.
• Work with the customer to find options that fit their budget.
• Close sales and provide required post-sale activity.
• Sales appointments run for ~2 hours.
