United Energy Workers Healthcare is seeking dedicated Registered Nurses to provide in-home care across Texas. As 1099 Independent Contractors, you’ll deliver compassionate, holistic care directly to patients in their homes, building meaningful relationships and enabling independence.

You’ll assess needs, educate families, assist with ADLs, administer treatments, and collaborate with case managers while documenting care in the EMR.

Formación

• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Current BLS certification.
• Ability to pass state and federal background checks.
• Professional liability is required.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct thorough patient assessments and provide personalized in-home care.
• Educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention.
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) with dignity and respect.
• Coordinate schedules with patients and plans of care.
• Monitor changes in patient symptoms and report to the team.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Communicate with Case Managers and physicians to ensure coordinated care.
• Document patient care notes in EMR accurately.
• Provide emotional support to patients and families.
