United Energy Workers Healthcare is seeking dedicated Registered Nurses to join our team as in-home care providers. As an independent contractor, you will deliver compassionate, holistic nursing directly to patients in the comfort of their homes.

You will assess needs, educate families, assist with ADLs, administer medications, and coordinate with case managers and physicians to ensure seamless, person-centered care.

Qualificações

• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• Ability to travel to patients' homes.
• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Current BLS Certification.
• Ability to pass a state & federal background check.
• Professional liability is required.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct thorough home health assessments to ensure personalized care.
• Educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention.
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) with dignity and respect.
• Coordinate your schedule with patients, aligning with their plan of care and preferences.
• Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behavior to the care team.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
• Communicate with Case Managers and collaborating physicians or specialists.
• Maintain accurate patient logs in the EMR.
• Provide emotional support to patients and their families.
