United Energy Workers Healthcare is seeking dedicated Registered Nurses to provide in-home health care as independent contractors. You will assess patients in their homes, deliver holistic care, educate families, and coordinate with case managers and physicians to maintain seamless treatment plans.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• Willingness to travel to patients' homes.
• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Current BLS Certification.
• Ability to pass a state & federal background check.
• Professional Liability is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough home assessments and provide personalized, comprehensive care.
• Educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention.
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) with dignity and respect.
• Coordinate schedule directly with patients, plan of care, approved hours and preferences.
• Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behavior promptly.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Communicate with Case Managers and physicians to ensure unified care.
• Document care in the EMR system accurately.
