United Energy Workers Healthcare is seeking Registered Nurses to join as 1099 Independent Contractors, delivering in-home care with compassionate, whole-person care to energy workers.

As an In-Home Health Care RN, you’ll perform thorough assessments, educate families, assist with ADLs, document in EMR, and coordinate with Case Managers and physicians for a tailored plan of care, maintaining dignity and respect.

Qualifications

• Valid RN license in the state of practice.
• Willingness to travel to patients' homes.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Current BLS Certification.
• Ability to pass state and federal background checks.
• Malpractice Insurance is required.

Responsabilités

• Conduct thorough assessments to deliver personalized, comprehensive in-home care.
• Educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention.
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) with dignity and respect.
• Coordinate schedule with patients and align with plan of care and approved hours.
• Monitor patient symptoms and report changes promptly to the care team.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
• Communicate with Case Managers and physicians to ensure a unified care approach.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation in the EMR system.
• Provide emotional support and build trusting relationships with patients and families.
