Shoreline Baths is seeking an experienced In-Home Sales Representative to close remodeling projects. You will meet with homeowners, present customized bathroom solutions, and finalize sales with confident, one-call closings.

We provide company-generated, qualified appointments and a flexible schedule including evenings and Saturdays. This is a full-time, commission-only role with uncapped earning potential and ongoing training and coaching to support success.

Qualifications

• Proven success in one-call-close in-home sales.
• Experience selling high-ticket remodelling or related services preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled in-home consultations with homeowners.
• Identify customer needs, goals, and budget requirements.
• Design and present customized bathroom remodeling solutions.
• Explain product features, pricing, and financing options.
• Build trust and credibility throughout the sales process.
