West Shore Home is seeking an in-home Sales Consultant in Oklahoma City, OK. This role centers on presenting West Shore Home products and guiding customers through a close, leveraging warm leads and a proven sales method.

Expect a rotating schedule with weekend coverage and ongoing training. The compensation includes a competitive base salary, uncapped commissions, and a year-one earning potential up to $200K+.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly connect with customers in person or over the phone.
• Competitive nature with a drive to succeed.
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
• Experience in retail, hospitality, or customer-facing roles is valued.
• Must have a smartphone/tablet to access required systems with two-factor authentication.

Responsibilities

• Follow the monthly rotating schedule (Mon–Fri 9:00 AM–7:00 PM; Weeks 3–4 Tue–Fri 9:00 AM–7:00 PM and Sat 9:00 AM–2:00 PM).
• Attend weekly team meetings and training sessions.
• Guide customers through a personalized one-call close sales process.
• No cold-calling; all leads are warm and pre-set.
