Job summary

Children’s Specialized ABA is seeking a Part-Time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy for children with ASD. You’ll work with a BCBA and care team to implement individualized plans in home or clinic settings, with paid training provided if not yet certified.

You’ll assist with data collection, behavior plans, and parent communication, while enjoying premium pay options for after-hours sessions and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Minimum age: 18 years.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation.
• RBT certification is preferred, but not required — if you're positive, motivated, and eager to learn, we’ll provide the training and support to help you succeed.
• Prior experience working with children—ASD experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to commit to a consistent weekly schedule.
• Physically able to perform job duties (e.g., kneeling, bending, lifting up to 40 lbs., moving with children).

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized therapy sessions in-home or clinic-based.
• Implement behavior acquisition and reduction plans.
• Use electronic tools such as CentralReach to conduct preference assessments and track data.
• Collaborate in clinical meetings and receive ongoing feedback and supervision.
• Maintain program books and develop teaching materials.
• Communicate progress to parents and caregivers.
• Provide basic care (e.g., toileting, eating) as needed.
