Job summary

Children's Specialized ABA is seeking a Part-Time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy for children with autism. You'll work with a BCBA and care team to deliver compassionate, evidence-based sessions in-home or at clinics within ~30 miles of your home.

We offer paid RBT training, cover the exam, and provide supervision, plus increased pay for bilingual candidates. Reliable transportation and a consistent weekly schedule are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation.
• RBT certification preferred, but not required – training provided.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home therapy sessions.
• Implement behavior acquisition and reduction plans.
• Use CentralReach to conduct preference assessments and data tracking.
• Collaborate in clinical meetings and receive supervision.
• Maintain program books and teaching materials.
• Communicate progress to parents and caregivers.
• Provide basic care (e.g., toileting, feeding) as needed.
