Job summary

Golden Steps ABA is hiring an in-home, part-time RBT to work with children and young adults under supervision of a BCBA. You’ll deliver one-on-one ABA services, following individualized treatment plans and documenting progress.

The role emphasizes communication with families and collaboration with the clinical team, with paid training and ongoing supervision. The position offers health benefits for full-time employees, PTO, tuition discounts, and educational support as part of the benefits

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification or willingness to complete RBT training and certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Clear communication, reliability, and a commitment to learning.
• Experience with children or autism helpful but not required.
• Able to meet background check requirements.
• Driver’s license and reliable transportation if travel to client homes is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to children and young adults with autism per BCBA plans.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills during sessions.
• Record session data and complete documentation accurately and on time.
• Share observations with supervising BCBA and participate in supervision and meetings.
• Build respectful, professional relationships with clients and families.
