Job summary

Golden Steps ABA, LLC in Minneapolis is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver one-on-one ABA services under BCBA supervision. You will work in-home or in the community, translating treatment plans into practical skills for children.

This part-time position offers 10–20 hours per week, paid training, ongoing supervision, and opportunities for professional development. Benefits include health coverage and PTO.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification or willingness to complete RBT training and certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Clear communication, reliability, and a commitment to learning.
• Experience with autism is helpful but not required.
• Ability to meet background check requirements and have reliable transportation if travel to client homes is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to children and young adults with autism under supervision of a BCBA.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills through individualized sessions.
• Record session data and complete documentation accurately and on time.
• Share observations with the supervising BCBA and participate in supervision and team meetings.
• Build respectful, professional relationships with clients and families.
