Job summary

Golden Steps ABA, LLC is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work directly with children and families in home and community settings. You will follow treatment plans created by a BCBA and collaborate with a clinical team to turn plans into meaningful progress.

You will receive guidance from a BCBA, participate in supervision, and have opportunities for professional growth. The position offers part-time afternoon/evening hours and hourly pay between $20-32, with paid training and

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification or willingness to complete RBT training and certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Clear communication, reliability, and a commitment to learning are essential.
• Experience with children or individuals with autism is helpful but not required.
• Ability to meet background check requirements.
• Driver's license and reliable transportation if travel to client homes is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to children and young adults with autism under a BCBA.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills through individualized sessions.
• Record session data and complete documentation accurately and on time.
• Share observations with your supervising BCBA and participate in supervision.
• Attend training and team meetings and maintain professional relationships with families.
