Job summary

Golden Steps ABA, LLC is seeking an RBT to work one-on-one with children in home and community settings. You will follow treatment plans created by a BCBA, receiving supervision and ongoing professional development.

This part-time role offers paid training, BCBA supervision, and benefits for eligible staff, with afternoon/evening hours. A strong commitment to learning and reliable communication is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification or willingness to complete RBT training and certification
• Clear communication, reliability, and a commitment to learning
• Experience with children or individuals with autism helpful but not required

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to children and young adults with autism per BCBA-developed treatment plans
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills in individualized sessions
• Record session data and complete documentation on time
• Share observations with supervising BCBA and participate in supervision
• Build respectful, professional relationships with clients and families
