Golden Steps ABA, LLC is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work directly with children and families in in-home and community settings. You will follow individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision and contribute to ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification or willingness to complete RBT training.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Clear communication, reliability, and a commitment to learning.

Responsabilités

• As an RBT, provide one-on-one ABA services to children and young adults with autism.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills during individualized sessions.
• Record session data and complete documentation accurately and on time.
• Participate in supervision, training, and team meetings.
• Build respectful, professional relationships with clients and families.
