BrightStar Care – Concord, Lexington & Woburn is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for part-time / per diem home visits in Massachusetts. You will evaluate, develop and implement individualized PT plans in clients’ homes to improve strength, balance, mobility, and safety.

A MA PT license and CPR certification are required, with DPT/MPT preferred, and reliable transportation is needed. Per visit compensation ranges from $90 to $100 with mileage reimbursement.

Qualifikationen

• Active MA PT license.
• DPT or MPT from an accredited program.
• CPR certified.
• 1+ year of experience preferred (new grads welcome).
• Reliable vehicle & valid driver’s license.

Aufgaben

• Perform in-home PT evaluations and create personalized care plans.
• Provide skilled PT interventions to enhance strength, balance, mobility, and safety.
• Educate clients and families on exercises and home safety.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team.
• Document care using a mobile-friendly EMR.
