Job summary

BrightStar Care – Concord, Lexington & Woburn is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to work part-time or per diem, delivering in-home physical therapy to clients in the community. The role focuses on restoring strength, balance, mobility, and independence within familiar home environments.

Qualified applicants hold an active MA PT license (DPT or MPT preferred), CPR certification, and a vehicle for travel. Compensation is per visit with mileage reimbursement; new grads are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Active MA Physical Therapy license.
• DPT or MPT from an accredited program.
• CPR certification.
• 1+ year of experience preferred; new grads welcome.
• Reliable vehicle & valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-home PT evaluations and create personalized care plans.
• Provide skilled PT interventions to enhance strength, balance, mobility, and safety.
• Educate clients and families on exercises and home safety.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team.
• Document care using mobile-friendly EMR.
