Job summary

The role focuses on recovery-based, person-centered assistance and in-home/community engagement to promote wellness and independence.

The position requires a certified peer support credential, a valid Arizona driver’s license for travel, and a commitment to an equitab le, respectful approach.

Qualifications

• Certified Peer Support Specialist or Certified Recovery Support Specialist required.
• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must pass a criminal background check and fingerprint clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide peer support and assistance to help members access community resources.
• Assist in scheduling follow-up appointments and coordinating wellness activities.
• Support members in achieving wellness and recovery goals.
• Promote safety and assist with activities of daily living as needed.
• Travel to members' residences to provide in-home services and support.
