The role focuses on coordinating care for adults and children enrolled in public behavioral health programs, ensuring effective access to assessments, therapy, and supportive services.

Candidates should have a health-related certificate or degree and be capable of navigating managed care systems, with emphasis on trauma-informed care and cultural sensitivity.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with behavioral health experience, or an Associate/Bachelor’s in Behavioral Health.
• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.
• Must be 21+ with valid AZ driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to obtain AZ DPS fingerprint clearance card and CPR/First Aid.

Responsibilities

• Assess behavioral health needs and eligibility; develop service plans.
• Provide intakes, assessments, and therapeutic/support services.
• Coordinate with providers and agencies for care and transportation.
• Offer rehabilitation, case management, and personal/family support.
