Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or related behavioral health field eligible for AZ licensure with two years related experience.
• Therapists must document outcomes and maintain clinical records.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assesses behavioral health needs to set therapy goals at least every 180 days.
• Administers screener and standardized testing as needed.
• Schedules sessions and obtains consent for treatment.
• Maintains timely clinical records and progress notes.
