Qualifications

• Certified Peer Support Specialist or Certified Recovery Support Specialist required.
• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides peer support and in-home services to promote recovery.
• Assists members in researching and accessing community resources and scheduling follow-ups.
• Supports members in setting wellness goals and coordinating activities and resources.
• Maintains safety and monitors living environment, utilities, and furnishings for safety.
