Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED with 2 years supervision.
• Experience supervising Direct Support Professionals preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
• Ability to pass background check and driving requirements.

Responsibilities

• Direct Support Professionals supervision to ensure contracts/plans are followed.
• Implements individualized support plans and Behavioral Treatment Plans.
• Oversees use of company vehicles and maintains documentation.
• Oversees medication management.
• Provides transportation and community support to members.
• Maintains up-to-date member files and reports incidents.
