Qualifications

• Must have HS diploma or GED.
• Three months of caregiving experience preferred.
• Must pass criminal background check and obtain fingerprint clearance.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with personal care and hygiene.
• Perform housekeeping, cooking, and laundry tasks.
• Provide transportation to outings, appointments, and shopping.
• Guide community participation, budgeting, nutrition, and job skills.
• Administer or assist with medications as prescribed.
• Maintain individual files and follow ISP guidelines.
• Report incidents and assist with incident forms.
• Provide on-the-job training and support job seekers.
