Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Three (3) months of caregiving experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with personal care and hygiene needs, including restroom assistance and mobility.
• Perform housekeeping tasks such as cooking, cleaning, and laundry.
• Provide transportation and community-based support for outings, appointments, and shopping.
• Offer guidance on budgeting, exercise, nutrition, and daily living skills.
• Administer medications or assist with self-administration as prescribed.
• Maintain up-to-date personal files and follow individual support plans (ISP).
• Report incidents and assist with incident documentation.
