Job summary

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is hiring Physical Therapists (PT) and Physical Therapist Assistants (PTA) to provide in-home physical therapy for pediatric patients across Fulshear, TX and surrounding areas.

Licensed PT or PTA in Texas with current CPR is required. Sign-on bonus of $3,000 and a comprehensive benefits package are included. Flexible full-time or part-time scheduling available to support pediatric care and family needs.

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license (Texas)
• Current CPR certification
• Preferred pediatric or home health PT experience
• Bilingual English and Spanish preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based Physical Therapy in the home and community
• Perform evaluations, reassessments, and develop treatment plans (Physical Therapist / PT)
• Implement treatment plans under supervision (Physical Therapist Assistant / PTA)
• Deliver interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, coordination, and functional independence
• Support pediatric patients in developing or regaining physical, neurological, and functional skills
• Educate and empower families and caregivers for daily carryover
• Coordinate care with physicians and referral partners
• Develop and instruct home exercise programs
• Document all care and services in an EMR system
• Maintain compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards
