Job summary

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is inviting qualified Physical Therapists to provide in-home pediatric therapy across Texas, focusing on children with developmental and neurological needs. This role emphasizes compassionate, family-centered care delivered in the home environment.

You will conduct evaluations, create individualized plans, and monitor progress while collaborating with medical teams. Our program supports professional growth, flexible scheduling, and ongoing mentorship.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Physical Therapist license (Texas).
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current CPR certification.
• At least 1 year of experience working as a Physical Therapist.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based pediatric physical therapy in the home and community.
• Perform evaluations, assessments, and ongoing progress monitoring.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals.
• Deliver interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, coordination, and motor development.
• Educate and empower families and caregivers for carryover in daily routines.
• Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Document care in an electronic medical record system.
• Maintain compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards.
