Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is hiring Pediatric Physical Therapists (PTs) to provide in-home therapy across Texas. The role emphasizes building independence for pediatric patients and working within a clinician-led, supportive culture.

The position offers full-time and part-time options, with ongoing mentorship, CEU reimbursements, and a comprehensive benefits package. Clinicians collaborate closely with families and a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Active Texas Physical Therapy license required.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Minimum of 1 year experience as a Physical Therapist.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based pediatric PT in the child\'s home and community.
• Perform evaluations, assessments, and progress monitoring.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals.
• Deliver interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance and motor development.
• Educate families/caregivers for carryover in daily routines.
• Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Document care in the EMR and maintain regulatory compliance.
