Job summary

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is seeking Physical Therapists (PTs) to provide in-home pediatric therapy across Texas. This role emphasizes building independence for children with developmental and neurological needs, within a supportive home-based setting.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted PT license (Texas).
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current CPR certification.
• At least 1 year of experience working as a Physical Therapist.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based pediatric PT in home and community.
• Perform evaluations, assessments and progress monitoring.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals.
• Deliver interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, coordination, and motor development.
• Educate families and caregivers for carryover in daily routines.
• Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Document care in an EMR system.
• Maintain compliance with clinical and regulatory standards.

Skills

Active Texas PT license

CPR certification

1 year PT experience

Bilingual English/Spanish

Education

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
