Job summary

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is hiring physical therapists to provide in-home pediatric therapy across Texas. You will perform evaluations and implement individualized plans to improve mobility and function in children with developmental and neurological needs.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Physical Therapist license (Texas).
• Current CPR certification required.
• At least 1 year of experience working as a Physical Therapist.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based pediatric physical therapy in the home and community.
• Perform evaluations, assessments, and ongoing progress monitoring.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals.
• Deliver interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, coordination, and motor development.
• Educate and empower families and caregivers for carryover in daily routines.
• Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Document care in an electronic medical record system.
• Maintain compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards.

Active PT license (Texas)

CPR certification

1 year PT experience

Education

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
