Amazing Care in Denver is hiring a Pediatric Physical Therapist to provide in-home therapy for children ages 0-18. You will evaluate, treat, and support families to reach mobility and functional goals in the home setting.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree required.
• Active Colorado Physical Therapist license required.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• 1 year of clinical PT experience preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for pediatric patients.
• Provide in-home therapy to support mobility, strength, balance and functional goals.
• Educate families with home exercise programs and adaptive techniques.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to ensure coordinated, high-quality care.
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with home health regulations.
