Job summary

Amazing Care, Inc. is seeking a Pediatric Physical Therapist to provide in-home PT services for children in Aurora, CO. You will assess, plan, and implement therapy to improve mobility and independence in a home setting, collaborating with families and a multidisciplinary team.

The role offers a flexible schedule, a sign-on bonus for full-time, and opportunity to impact pediatric patients and families directly in their homes.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in physical therapy (DPT) required or equivalent.
• PT license in Colorado required.
• CPR certification required.
• Driver's license and auto insurance required.
• 1 year of clinical PT experience preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapy that supports developmental milestones and functional mobility.
• Educate and support families with home exercise programs and adaptive techniques.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to ensure coordinated, high-quality care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with home health regulations.
