Job summary
Amazing Care Home Health Services is seeking a Pediatric Physical Therapist (PT) to provide in-home therapy to children ages 0-18 in the Denver area. You will work with families to enhance mobility, strength, balance, and independence within the home environment.

Qualifications
- Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy (PT) is required.
- Colorado PT license is required.
- Current CPR certification is required.
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance are required.
- At least 1 year of PT experience is preferred, but not required.
Responsibilities
- Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide in-home therapy focusing on mobility, strength, balance, and independence.
- Educate families with home exercise programs and adaptive techniques.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care.
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation per home health regulations.

We are seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to provide in-home therapy to pediatric clients (ages 0-18). You'll work closely with families to help children reach functional milestones in mobility, strength, balance, and independence—all within the comfort of their home environment.
- Competitive Pay: $70.00 - $85.00 per routine visit
- Start of Care Visits: Up to $120 per SOC visit

- A doctoral degree in physical therapy (PT)
- Physical Therapist (PT) License in the state of Colorado
- Possesses and maintains current CPR certification
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance
- A minimum of 1-year clinical experience in physical therapy is preferred, but not required
