Amazing Care Home Health Services is seeking a Pediatric Physical Therapist (PT) to provide in-home therapy to children ages 0-18 in the Denver area. You will work with families to enhance mobility, strength, balance, and independence within the home environment.

The role offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus, competitive per-visit pay, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for professional growth through teamwork and mentorship within a compassionate pediatric-focused team.

Formación

• Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy (PT) is required.
• Colorado PT license is required.
• Current CPR certification is required.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance are required.
• At least 1 year of PT experience is preferred, but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide in-home therapy focusing on mobility, strength, balance, and independence.
• Educate families with home exercise programs and adaptive techniques.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation per home health regulations.
