Job summary

Amazing Care Home Health Services is seeking a Pediatric Physical Therapist to provide in-home therapy for pediatric clients across Colorado, including the Aurora area. You will partner with families to foster mobility, strength, balance, and independence in a home setting.

Eligible candidates hold a Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy, CO licensure, CPR certification, and a valid driver''s license. Commitment to high-quality care and flexible scheduling are offered along with a $5,000 sign-on

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in physical therapy (PT).
• Colorado PT license.
• CPR certification current.
• Valid driver''s license and auto insurance.
• Minimum 1 year clinical experience in physical therapy is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapy that supports developmental milestones and functional mobility.
• Educate and support families with home exercise programs and adaptive techniques.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to ensure coordinated, high-quality care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with home health regulations.
