Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree required.
• Active Colorado Physical Therapist license required.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• 1 year of clinical PT experience preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for pediatric patients.
• Provide in-home therapy to support mobility, strength, balance and functional goals.
• Educate families with home exercise programs and adaptive techniques.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to ensure coordinated, high-quality care.
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with home health regulations.

About the Role:

We are seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to provide in-home therapy to pediatric clients (ages 0-18). You'll work closely with families to help children reach functional milestones in mobility, strength, balance, and independence—all within the comfort of their home environment.

Compensation & Scheduling:

• Competitive Pay: $70.00 - $85.00 per routine visit
• Start of Care Visits: Up to $120 per SOC visit

Key Responsibilities:

• A doctoral degree in physical therapy (PT)
• Physical Therapist (PT) License in the state of Colorado
• Possesses and maintains current CPR certification
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance
• A minimum of 1-year clinical experience in physical therapy is preferred, but not required
