Job summary

Amazing Care in Denver is seeking a Pediatric Physical Therapist (PT) to provide in-home therapy for ages 0-18. You will assess mobility, develop individualized treatment plans, and support families with home exercise programs in the comfort of the child's home.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, maintain thorough documentation, and benefit from a flexible schedule, a sign-on bonus, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and 401(k).

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy required.
• Active Physical Therapist license in Colorado.
• CPR certification/current BLS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Educate and support families with home exercise programs and adaptive techniques.

About the Role:

We are seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to provide in-home therapy to pediatric clients (ages 0-18). You'll work closely with families to help children reach functional milestones in mobility, strength, balance, and independence—all within the comfort of their home environment.

Compensation & Scheduling:

• Competitive Pay: $70.00 - $85.00 per routine visit
• Start of Care Visits: Up to $120 per SOC visit

• A doctoral degree in physical therapy (PT)
• Physical Therapist (PT) License in the state of Colorado
• Possesses and maintains current CPR certification
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance
• A minimum of 1-year clinical experience in physical therapy is preferred, but not required
