Amazing Care is seeking a Pediatric Physical Therapist to provide in-home therapy for pediatric clients ages 0-18 in the Aurora, Colorado area. You will assess, treat, and support families to improve mobility and independence within the home setting.

Competitive pay per routine visit, with a $5,000 sign-on bonus for full-time, and a flexible schedule designed to balance professional goals with family life. Start of care visits offer additional compensation and a strong orientation program.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy required.
• Colorado PT license required.
• CPR certification required.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• At least 1 year of clinical PT experience preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized home-based treatment plans for pediatric clients.
• Provide therapy to support developmental milestones and functional mobility.
• Educate families with home exercise programs and adaptive techniques.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care.
• Maintain accurate documentation compliant with home health regulations.
